Val Kitauri
The Val Kitauri are a bipedal species hailing from their homeworld, Atakka. They are known for their large size and their heads resemble that to Earth Hammerhead sharks, although mostly aggressive by nature, more powerful than humans but well known for their code of honor and their ability to adapt to almost any environment.
The Val Kitauri expanded accross several star systems and colonized suitable planets for their species to thrive, and accepted trade relations with some species they conside allies and non-hostile to the Val Kitauri Dominion such as the Chenuan Empire and the Holy Kimeran Empire.

Despite that Val Kitauri do not require much clothing due to their bodies adapted to the climate on their homeworld, but are accustom to wear clothing based on their status; armor for the military, ceromonial ropes for the Royal and religious status, and little for the civilians to werar whenever they leave their planet but usually wear protecting attire if needing to.

The Val Kitauri began their interstellar voyage two hundred years before the Chenuans and the Akree, fought off an invasion from a hostile species unknown to some. Using scavanged technology and reversed engineered to intergrate with their own to further advance their civilzation. Over the centuries the Dominion expanded and grew powerful, they made first contact with the Chenuan Empire on a colony world during a war between them and the Akree. Knowing little of the two races they retreated back into their territory to avoid further conflicts, but proved wrong when a group of Chenuan militants attacked their ship to steal weaponry to use against the Akree. Successfully driven them away with some success and luck for the Val Kitauri but their experiences would be remembered when they will encounter the powerful race again.
News of the incident spread throughout the Dominion, the council voted to speak with them for their actions but before a conclusion for war, a Chenuan vessal emerged above their homeworld. Revealing to them as the Emperor Talos Krayon. They learnt that this emperor was a genetic enhanced form compared to the soldiers and civilians they described, hearing his words and asked for forgivness for his peoples' actions wish not to wage war upon their race.
