Polton is the capitol of Cydonia. The city has problems with overpopulation, poverty, and pollution. The Cyd Syndicate does nothing to solve any of these problems even though they are extremely rich from trade.

Polton has many markets that sell many things. Most are run by the Dark Sun Corporation and usually steal the stuff you bought right back and sell it to the next person.
